We use the latest in voice-recognition technology to ensure that reports are in a professionally documented format which is detailed and accurate but very quick to produce - our reports are usually delivered within 48 hours of the booking. The accuracy and detail of the reports has proved to be vital when it comes to protecting both the Landlord and the Tenant and in settling any legal dispute.

Rather like insurance, inventories are a 'should-have' instead of a 'must-have', and as such, you will only really appreciate it when something goes wrong and you need it. Current legislation means that the onus is firmly on the Landlord or Agent to prove any claim against a tenant. Even so, under the law there is no regulation or guidance for those undertaking a tenancy agreement.
By definition, a deposit is taken as a safeguard against dilapidation or damage, which can only be proven through a process of inventory and check-out. The benefit of our product, to all parties involved in a tenancy agreement, is protection of interests and prevention of deposit abuse.

If you are not satisfied by our response you can address a formal complaint to the AIIC. Finally, if you are still not happy or feel you have suffered financial loss, we are covered by the Property Redress Scheme, which will offer an independent adjudication and financial redress, if appropriate.
