Prices for inventory services start from as little as £40. However the price you pay will depend on several factors - how many bedrooms and bathrooms there are, if the property is furnished, wether it is a house or an apartment, and where it is, etc. Therefore we prefer to quote a price once we know a little more about what you need.
EPCs will usually cost a flat rate of £60 for properties up to 5 bedrooms (discounts available for agents). Prices for properties with more than 5 bedrooms or those built before 1850 on application.
